Mario Falcone fled the country, scurrying off to Italy, when he was accused of drug trafficking. In the wake of multiple crises in Gotham City, the case was dismissed, thanks to well placed money and a smooth lawyer.

Finally back, Mario has one large goal in mind. He has to rebuild the empire that became unstable when Carmine Falcone was sent to Arkham Asylum and crumbled when Salvatore Maroni turned against the Families in Gotham. Half his job-- killing Maroni-- was done for him, but Mario knows he still has a lot to do.
